We're back in the Pacific Northwest and we could not be happier! And for our first adventure, we went on a Southern Oregon Coast road trip from Brookings to Bandon. This region, similar to the rest of the Oregon Coast, is home to a gorgeous, rugged coastline, state parks, beaches, overlooks, hikes, small towns, insane rock formations, and so much more!

I swear, the West Coast States have some of the most naturally beautiful beaches in the World. From the South, California, then Oregon, & to the North, Washington. Love the West Coast States!🥰

Can you stop posting videos so I can stop putting places on my to-visit list? Ugh...the struggle is real. So fun see you all back in your Happy place in the PNW. Super looking forward to more Oregon vids!
  • My first time in the States, we went on a road trip from Seattle to L.A. and back. The stretch along the Oregon coast was by far my favorite. And Bandon is just an amazing gem!

We took our girls to Whaleshead frequently. We stayed in the cabins at Whaleshead Beach Resort. The road down to the beach is quite bad but once your on the beach it is so wonderful. And the beach changes over the years too—making it a new experience. Next time, check out Indian Sand Dunes, a fun place to play
  • I grew up in Gold Beach and graduated in 1991. Secret beach was called by most of us "Moon Beach" because it is crescent shaped. I have even camped on the little spot next to the waterfall going down to it. You got some amazing shots. My parents and brother still live in Gold Beach...Thank you for sharing.
  • Wow! The California Coast is beautiful but Oregon Coast even tops that!!

We love the stretch from Brookings to Bandon. So many great beaches and just beautiful.

Thank you for this. The Southern Oregon coast is my home. I grew up in the Gold Beach area going to school at Ophir & in GB. I miss this part of Oregon so much that even seeing your video evokes so much emotion in me. I miss the smell of the loamy damp moss & ferns & the smell of the sun heating the soil. I even miss the cold, incessant winds. I miss seeing the ocean flat like glass & the wildness of a dark ocean storm. All the moods of the coast makes my heart sing.
  • I have grown up 2 hours north of San Francisco, and is where I currently live again. The whole coastline from here up through Oregon is STUNNING!! I love the area you're in on this video....I love the raw, rugged ocean and beautiful green trees. It's such a strong beauty. I love the damp, cool weather...rain is my favorite. I just love this area so so so much!! <3 Great video!

Born and raised in Coos Bay, I enjoyed this video! It's a beautiful coastline, and although I don't miss all the rain, it does make it lush and green. Great memories! 😍

My Mom lived in Oregon in 1973 and I visited her from Texas in 74. She took us by Camelback mountain? That led to Haystack Rock overlook. Beautiful! Then the rest of the day was spent at Seaside. A carnival ride cold cold rainy day in June. I was only 14 but my memories riding a bus from Texas to Oregon with my 17 yr old sister was Unforgettable! Ever since I always say Oregon was the greenest cleanest state I have ever gone through. Wish I could get back and spread her ashes like she had wished.

The Oregon coast is one of my favorite places to photograph in the US.

That’s so neat that the whole Oregon coast is open to the public! What a beautiful part of the country! Also, I like Kathryn’s jokes.😄
  • @MatthewJamesKent
Just traveled from lakeside to Newport just got me a job in Newport it's beautiful up there.
  • @clark7894
Okay, you guys have got me wanting to go visit Oregon! The beaches there are so beautiful. Love the awesome drone footage. I've been to the beaches in northern Oregon, like Cannon Beach and loved it there. Would have to say that Oregon is one of the most beautiful states.
  • @TruthLies68
As a Bandon native I was so happy you included our little town in your video. As you came down onto the beach from those many stairs, the rock formation that kept popping up in the background with the two holes that water floods through, is called Elephant rock. The two holes are the eyes and off to each side you see the ears. Come back again during better weather....there's much more to see!!
  • @eekdageek
I love Oregon too! The coast looks amazing! And glad Kona was able to go on most of those trails!! 🐶❤️
