One of the most iconic rock screams in all of music history.
  • @Reevesy791
One of the all time great Rock songs. And one of the best lyrics ever "Meet the new boss, same as the old boss"
  • John Entwistle is by far one of the most influential bassists in rock. If you want to here a song that really showcases his skill and puts the bass in the forefront I'd recommend checking out their song "The Real Me" off of their 1973 concept album "Quadrophenia". His bass work on that track is nasty to say the least.

“Meet the boss. Same as the old boss”. Still relevant after all the years.

IMO you can't go wrong with The Who's "Love, Reign o'er Me". It's such an epic sounding song.

That scream -- "YEEEEAAAAAAHHHH" -- at the end is the essence of rock'n'roll, distilled: youth, rebellion, joy, desire, the whole package wrapped up in one glorious moment. This is the greatest rock song ever, period.
  • Keith Moon of The Who and John Bonham from Zeppelin are widely consider some of the greatest drummers ever.
  • @aldersmoke1
That ending is arguably the most important scream in the history of rock and roll, period.
  • @FangsFirst
Keith Moon is the Who's signature as far as I'm concerned, one of the only drummers I can use to recognize the rest of the band just from his own sound.

One of the most memorable screams in the history of rock & roll. This reaction was fire.
  • This is not just a song, it’s an ANTHEM, and it still applies today…..

Won't Get Fooled Again is a masterpiece: of dynamics. The sound lives between loose jam and symphony, the lyrics between exuberance and dark cynicism.
  • The Who "Who's Next" album (that this song is from) is one of the greatest rock albums of all-time in my humble opinion. Extremely high-quality from start to finish. Cheers.

I was waiting with mucho anticipation for the boys reaction to the greatest scream ever recorded! Priceless smile on my man George's face 😁 actually Ryan smiled first... Keith Moon the craziest fuck ever and the busiest drummer imv...Daltrey one of the greatest rock vocalist and showman ever...The "ox" John Entwistle top three bass players of all time...and the genius Townsend on guitar... check out his solo stuff btw it's great... But the Who...suggestions: the most emotional powerful song ever written is "love reign O'er me" The seeker Who are you The real me My generation Behind blue eyes I can see for miles And 100 more
  • When you hear a song 300 times, and you still love it, that's a GREAT song.
  • @geneticrex
"The Real Me" is the Who track to do. One of THE best bass performances in the history of rock. The whole song just brings it.
  • OK hands up y'all were waiting for Roger to come back in with that final "YEAHHHHH!". Great reaction guys! People use 'legends' a lot, but The Who genuinely are.

You know what's funny? I've known about and listened to this song since I was LITERALLY a child, but not until today have I really digested the lyrics. This is so insane that what's happening today can be perfectly summed up by a song that was written and released LITERALLY 50 years ago. Damn, I've heard that "the more things change the more they stay the same" but fuck sakes lol, this shit is just crazy.
