Unfortunately, one does not own the “view” outside their fence.
  • not going to lie i would be kind of bothered if i was in that situation and all those people calling her out and calling her names most of them don’t even own homes yet alone have a backyard to worry about stuff like this lol

You said you didn’t want to live in a HOA .. choose your evil lol

People find anything to complain about. Its not coming out of your pocket, so shut up. I got a nagging neighbor just like her.

LOL. Oh the problems of the entitled of the First World! True, it would have been nice if the man had shown some consideration and decided not to build that huge THING. On the other hand, most of us just have to move if we don't like how the surroundings have changed. My questions are: How did construction on it ever begin without approved plans? And why does there need to be a hearing when the regulations were apparently ignored? To me, if they didn't get the necessary permits, it's case closed. Knock it down and submit plans. Who runs this city, anyway? Contractors?

Guarantee they’ll put a Kitchen in when they get their Permits for their “AirBnb, VRBO” Investment.
  • I agree, it is an eyesore and who wants to look at the side of someone's building with windows looking down on the property. Any future buyer is gonna think twice when they walk into this back yard with a huge building hovering over them! Everyone is out for themselves and don't think of others!

Don't cry Just build one to add value to your property

people dont care what you think its their house and will do whatever they want to if its legal
  • @SuperSoli10
God I see what you do for others ❤ I would love my neighbors to be mad at me for my giant pool house ❤
  • @VeeNessa775
Lady get a life !!!! Be happy for them It's their property their house their money !!!
  • Apparently, it's not legal. It exceeds the 15 foot height limit by 5 feet. Abide by the rules, or move out the the middle of nowhere instead of bringing down your neighbors property value

My wife's cousin has a big back yard with a pool and a very big back yard space. And his back neighbors did the same thing with his neighbors building the same thing. He didn't complain nor made any issues. He is a humble guy. These people crying for no reason.

Theres no real privacy just the illusion of privacy.

It’s definitely violating the usual building codes for a residential area but money talks so it will be interesting to see the outcome.
  • I have questions. She lives in that area them 2 guy doesnt, theres cameras, and the building is always locked. How did the teen know that building if they dont live there.
