About 24 hours before Yellowstone National Park was forced to evacuate all of their guests we entered Yellowstone for a planned two night's stay at the Fishing Bridge RV Park/ Campground in the National Park. Looking back we were very glad of the fact that we had taken advantage of our first 24 hours in Yellowstone considering what was to happen. Before things started shutting down we were able to visit Grant's Village, West Thumb, The Hayden Valley, The Mud Volcano and The Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone. Come along with us as we blissfully enjoyed the park unawares of what was to come shortly. Stay tuned for next week where we realize the extent of what is happening and have to leave Yellowstone National Park in the middle of a record flooding event.
