I've never been involved with my immediate family except my Mom. I found a more friendly, same minded and reliable family in the history community, so I understand the soulfulness of your explanation. I have met some great folks as well, very many heartfelt goodbyes have been exchanged in kind.

Do not despair brother, you are doing your life's work and sharing it for free, so we all can take part in your amazing journey. You have already given us more than we could have asked for. We are all in debt to you. I can't remember my history teachers name anymore, but I will never forget Tino Struckmann. There is nothing more noble than the pursuit of Truth, no matter what.

That's the beauty of Europe. I miss it so bad, but have other priorities at the moment. Be careful if you go to Ukraine. Especially if you cannot contact your sources and friends over there. You could get mistaken for a bad guy... Heaven forbid.
