    A good question would have been how many people who have been charged for protesting outside Supreme Court Justices homes after the Dobbbs decision was leaked. I think that would fall into the felony arena and trying to change a courts decision through intimidating the Justices is a much bigger issue.

    Would using hammers to smash government cell phones and other electronic devices that contain evidence qualify for prosecution under this statute? Has it ever been used that way, especially against a political candidate?

    I love how she tries to completely avoid the question of whether this has ever been enforced in this way. She has no answer for that.
