  • Hi, thank you for making this video and sharing your experience. I started taking that exact brand of the myo inositol and D chiro inositol on Feb 26th 2023 due to my period vanishing for 4 1/2 months straight. It had great reviews so I said hey why not? Not even a full 3 weeks later and my menstrual cycle has come yesterday! 🎉 I was not officially diagnosed with PCOS so don't know if I have the condition but I figured there was some sort of hormone imbalance happening. I've only been taking half a dose, so two pills a day instead of 4. I've also noticed my anxiety and overall mood has been more chill. Just wanted to share my own experience
  • I crave chocolate so I make healthy versions of chocolate desserts. Chocolate tofu pie, chocolate coconut whipped cream, chocolate muffins with healthy ingredient substitutes (I still use natural sugar like honey, date sugar, I bleached sugar etc etc) most recipes was less than 200 calories a serving so I didn’t break my diet to indulge. I lost 50lbs in one year. Walking (2+ miles/day exception heavy period week), cutting portions and meal prepping. Not wild restrictive diet eating what I like but healthier or smaller portions.

I forgot I bought it thus forgetting what it's used for...your video is amazing & so informative. I started today for some of that happiness😂. Thank you! New subscriber!
  • You're funny!🤣 Thanks for sharing your experience on it.

I appreciate this video. I found out about Inositol after first starting Metformin and then totally forgot about it. It’s been a year since I’ve taken anything, and I needed something that I could get without a Rx or dr visit. I’m on day three.

I’ve been taking these for two months now, and my periods have regulated again too! It’s also improved my mood and weight loss (especially in the tummy area) has gotten a little easier for me. I finally feel like working out is making a difference lol. as for your sugar cravings, I totally relate to that! I’ve been taking vitamin b12 in combination with this, and it’s helped immensely. it also helps to keep your energy up throughout the day, which I was struggling with too. so glad to hear that this is doing wonders for other pcos girlies too. 🫶🏻

Helloo am on day 9 with this supplement and I feel my mood swings got even weirder and I feel muscle aches, do you advice me to keep on taking it or what as I got confused😅I have both pcos and endometriosis 😢 am seriously confused if I keep taking it or not, I mean my doc told me it will help my mood but why do I feel weider 😅
  • I started taking the capsule version of this. Started craving sweets, started growing FACIAL HAIR, acne got worse, cramps, and nausea. It’s only been a couple weeks and I don’t know if I should stop. I have pcos as well.
