  • Thank you for this breakdown. I've seen a lot of videos where they'll just demonstrate the punches and combinations, but not being able to see the footwork.
  • Great education,, all levels of boxing can benefit. The basics are so overlooked in beginners boxing, techniques spot on
  • @kngemeral
Learning a lot from your videos ...Thanks

Love this video. I may be guilty of this area at times when wanting to speed up my combos. What would be a good tip to cover is the importance of how to maneuver with your hips, why they’re important in maneuverability and when to properly move the hips in certain movements such as for offense, defense, and getting a rhythm in your movements while circling around in the ring
  • Very very very X infinite times informative video. The difference between punching and boxing at last is too good.

Wow what are transformation. Listed wonders for my technique I loved it thank you so much I have more power and stability on my feet

Hello from Russia, Tony! Could you please clarify how to start a body attack with a lower opponent without losing balance?
  • @Dr.PlatoZorba
Thank you for this. I now know two reasons why I can throw a straight right-hand without fully extending my right arm. If my memory serves, it's also to not punch the opponent's face out of the way so that it's easier to land another punch. Will you please consider doing a video on how to go forwards and backwards in a boxing stance while moving very quickly? I think there are at least two ways to do this. One looks like galloping and the other looks like sliding.

How are these videos free im not complaining but these have helped me more than some coaches I've had in the past
  • My problem is I put too much power behind my combos sometimes, calm and calculated with the jabs and crosses, but when I want to inflict some damage that’s when I find my legs crossing. I actually stop what I’m doing everytime I lose balance and look at my feet, almost always crossing my legs. Definitely something I need to work on.

Hi from Manchester Tony, love your videos, I always try to keep something you've taught in mind when I train. Do you have any tips for developing more of a boxing mind? E.G. knowing what punches to throw when for instance or is that mainly learned through experiece? Thanks, Ravi
