Just some thoughts about where I'm at in my autistic journey. At the horse race track... near home....

The video looks excellent! Except for the occasional wind, the audio sounds really good too. This is something I’ve also wondered - would I like to have known. In some ways yes, it would’ve helped, in other ways no. My conclusion is the same - it’s impossible to answer one way or the other so, I’ll just take what I know now and move forward - a still confused but more knowledgeable person.

Great to see you out an about, my mum and dads house is right by a trotting track club too. This chat was really open and honest. I am very glad I know who I am as a person regardless of all my masks, I know why they are necessary in this NT world. Finding your people is the key so you can have those chats and get togethers if able, it doesn't mean we need to be the life of a party, I know that will never be me and I'm totally okay with that. I love me for me and self-acceptance and self-love goes along way to healing and being the best version of ourselves.
