To anyone having this code show up on the screen of their Ego z6, check the blade bolts to make sure they are tight. I had a loose blade, tighten the bolt and the problem is fixed! Also, check to make sure your deck isn’t clogged, obvious but just throwing it out there. Hope this helps someone save some money or a service call

I had a 509 code too, turned out the left blade was so beat up it was throwing off the balance and causing the mower to turn off. Replaced the beat up blade and runs like new again

I had a 609 code it was just my blad being loose so it's balance was off
