As a boxer who loves to move and fight from the outside - this guy is one of the best to watch

Good example of a long guard in boxing
  • This Technique is very effective. I just trained for 1 Month and my coach send me to national Championship tournament and I was totally unprepared. My first fight was with an International player and he was very dangerous Fighter. In the fight I used footwork and I used my arms. Just Like in this video I did it in the ring and my opponent couldn't hit me 1 punch but in the 3rd round I loss my stamina so I Took punches and I lost the round but I'll take my revenge soon. In my country we don't have smart coaches. Thanks for the technique Sir.

I love that the soviet coaches teach to switch stance when it makes sense. So many coaches (including mine) always coach against but it makes you faster at moving around the ring when you need to traverse to the lead hand side quickly. I think you should train switching from day 1 of your boxing journey.

Very effective technique. Also having extended arms causes entanglement even if they close the distance. It’s also good thinking outside the box - there is more than one way to block/avoid a punch

    BRILLIANT THANKYOU 🙏🏽🥊💯
  • I love long guard . I'm a 6ft 2 middle waight to cruiser . I mostly train MMA but a boxing focus style. The long guard is my default . I'm slightly more bladed than this guy so the right stays closer and the left is like a wall of jab and block . I only square off with a half step to fire big hooks . If they do close I bone wall with my forearms then post back to long guard . Everyone wants to peakaboo these days but if you have long arms you will do better fighting like Lenox than fighting like Tyson .

Always top quality content. You channel needs much more recognition then it has. Must just be 1 viral video away!
