this has gotten me through some very fearfilled times. with corona all around me, literally so many living around me and those is my town , the hospitals are full, testing has almost stopped at least the free testing and the line to the er is out in the parking lot. our mayor issued a warning that a lot of the police and fire and city workers are out sick and ask people to stay in as much as possible and to be aware of all surroundings as first responders have been hit . i go to bed at night and put on this meditation, the fear and angst slips away and I wake up ready for another day on this planet. thank you for this gift from out divine creator that you
