A ground stop issued by the FAA for all Alaska Airlines and Horizon Airlines flights lasted about an hour Wednesday morning. Delays are expected throughout the day.

    My wife was taking an AA flight this morning and was delayed for 3 1/2 hours. 1 1/2 hours of which were spent sitting on the runway. She said it was a like third world S. show.
