    we are loving this unit. On lesson 17 and we have been taking it sooo slow bc we don't want it to end.

    YESSSSE the top binding with dbl siding....nope can't do it 😂🤷‍♀️ I tried that for my sons book...he's a lefty so I figured get the binding out of the way....nope, never again Great flip thru We are diving into this unit come the new year TFS

    Ah this looks fantastic! Do you feel there are lots of hands on activities with this unit or that there could be more? Year 1 units I had to add quite a bit of extra activities.

    The introduction of this book is vastly better than the Ancient Civilizations one as to the age of the Earth. I see she still puts her own beliefs front and center by refusing to show the age of the fossils and time periods when these creatures lived. If she was as open minded as her intro seems, why not show how many millions of years old we "think" they are?

    Would you move a 6th grader into middle school if she doesn't mind writing? I'm on the fence about what to choose for next year.
