I agree with 70% percent of everything in this video. I want to say management has improved a little bit but the work standards, rules and regulations, including wack ass pod with potatoes straps have to be changed! Because for many years it hasn’t. This is coming from an Amazon employee.

Rates cannot be made if you follow safety guidelines. If you don't make rate, your put on a shit list to be fired. If you make rate, which goes up weekly, the managers get a bonus or promotion. While you get to apply for disability early. It's a constant damn if you do, damn if you don't.

Amazon is the best job i ever had. Its very easy. Too bad they most likely going to lay me off once contract is over. But i really like here. Decent money. Easy job.

My daughter got terminated for their tracking system they claim she wasn’t scanning for 1:30 minutes she told that was a lied that who ever was tracking her failed to do so that their system doesn’t fail plus she got injured there and they keep pushing her to do work while being on a temporary light weight restrictions it seems like the management has poor management That don’t follow any safety protocols or do not know anything about HR policiesWell you see ghetto people coming in now Oh I forgot to mention people fall in love there and you get favoritism if you are pretty
