Thanks for this video Jimmy! I just tried it on my new Weber performance grill and mostly followed what you did. Having never smoked (or even just cooked) a turkey on my own, this seemed intimidating, but it was actually pretty easy to do. And, everyone loved the turkey!

Where did you get the bottom grate for the charcoal? I have the default one and I can't use any lump charcoal because the small ones just fall through it.
