Why is the judge even allowed to be the law unto herself?

This Judge and her cronies are being laughed at throughout the world lol but we are sad for John who obviously lost his life for what he knew

I blame all this confusion on Auntie Bev because she seemed to be in a rush since day one, which in the end has caused months and months if not years of lost time. She didn't allow reasons for objections, which seemed ludicrous and I'm sure confused the jury. She rushed the defense. The attorneys were only allowed one hour for closing, and how can summations be thorough when there was so much evidence and testimony to review? She then rushed the mistrial, without any type of questions to the jury. And in the end, she rushed the jury onto the bus without further instructions, which they expected. Now there will be hours and hours of discussions and paperwork filed by both sides, and Bev will have to make a decision about all this turmoil. I have never seen such a haphazard way to run a court room in the name of, which she believes, is efficiency. I believe Auntie Bev has no self-awareness and needs to learn to "read the room." If I have to hear her say, "I'll give you that one" one more time, I think I will scream.

I completely agree with Mark. The affidavit from Juror Doe was theatrical. I understand the desire to suppress the identities, but let's be reasonable in the request.

I listened to another lawyer and he said there was a case just like karens. The judge did the same thing. They had a hearing the lawyers and the judge became witnesses and they assigned another judge for the hearing. This was in Georgia.

Thanks boys 👏👏 The biggest problem with Auntie Bev doing the right thing .. she’s the one who made the mistake of not asking!! (so she says 😏I think she hoped no one would notice she didn’t ask which charge) She’s not the type to admit she made a mistake.. especially towards Karen and her “fancy” lawyers. This isn't just an excuse to seal the juror's names. It's an excuse for Bev to keep the cameras out of court for retrial.
