I really enjoyed this. Very helpful information.
  • Yay! My book came today, absolutely beautiful! It would be REALLY nice if some of the foods mentioned that are not familiar to some of us were listed in a resource guide, so we would know how to obtain them for the recipes.

There is absolutely nothing new here but he does if he figures it out himself................. Valter Longo, William Li, Lustig etc etc etc

What does Dan say regarding a vegan diet recommended by: Dr Michael Greger, Doctor Joel Kahn, Dr Neil Barnard - and others?
  • @Starbreaker2012
The developed world has been encouraged to cut fat from meat and dairy for a century. The University of Sydney established that that raises insulin 2.5 times causing detriment to health, so the epidemiological data is skewed.

If You're lonely, not happy or healthy I can understand that.

The village in Sardinia which has the most centurians, eat mostly pork, sheep, goat and cheese. The little vegetables they eat are mainly tomatoes. Some seasonal fruit. They would put half a sheep on a spit roast on a Sunday and eat the left over for the week. They cure meat. So nuch for the theory that cured meat is carcinigous and eating red meat is bad for you.
  • Most of the foods recommended are high in oxalates and plant anti-nutrients. And no mention to ensure the food is un-drenched in Glyphosate etc
