These prices are insane…..thought tiny homes are suppose to be a less expensive option! Defeats the purpose of tiny homes!

I’m stunned. Nearly $300,000 for a “tiny” with hardly any kitchen. I’ve seen 300sq ft tiny’s with beautiful kitchens.

You folks need to go see Randy Jones he can give you a beautiful kitchen anything and everything you want this man's telling you you can't have easy Newport Tennessee I think you will be rather impressed by his craftsmanship and his passion

Most of these are small homes - not tiny with innovative and creative use of space.

I just spent the whole time rolling my eyes at the excuses of the seller as to why he doesn't have xyz and being defensive and continually saying "they are tiny houses and you can't have everything". It's almost as if he has never studied tiny houses and looked at a million videos like us. These houses are ridiculously overpriced and don't even merit the high price tag if you're willing to pay for it. Can't imagine paying 300k for a tiny house and still not having enough storage. No.

I really hope the climbing couple stays together, they are SUPER CUTE!!!

I don’t believe this couple has done any research on tiny homes! The price tag is ridiculous!! There are much better homes with options that don’t drive the price up by thousands.

In the Hawaiian couple, the woman sacrificed her happiness for the man's sake. It's a significant gesture, and one can only hope that he appreciates it. She's an artist who made a tremendous sacrifice solely for him. You're fortunate, my friend. She truly cares for you.

Most of these besides the first for sure don't seem to be actual tiny homes in the sense that they've been come to be known. There's a lot of them that just seem to be vacation cabins and cottages that people are selling after renting them out for years. The space has not been utilized very well like you see in modern tiny homes. I saw some absolutely amazing tiny homes on a Youtube channel in Australia and New Zealand that were 500-600sqft that looked much bigger because of the way they utilized the space. Not just Australia but many amazing tiny homes are on Youtube

Eating fresh is difficult at best in the winter in WY. Lots of snow to drive through to get to the store, everyday, to eat fresh 😊. High ceilings lose heat too -

Why is it that realtors can NEVER come up with a house that is NOT over budget and/or in a part of town (or in this case state) where you want to be?? We absolutely refused to look at anything that wasn't in the area we wanted to be or that was over our budget. I know they do it to get a bigger commission but that is not being in it to make the client happy.

When you go tiny, the expectation is to be able to live debt free or close to debt free. These prices are crazy! They're just as expensive as a regular house and some don't even have full kitchens.

I think people are losing the idea of a tiny hm because there losing the idea of being a tiny hm there all getting bigger

Wow for that price you could buy a full size house.
