    The problem here is that the animation doesn't match what's happening to the character. Gunshots tend to "punch away" the part of the body they hit, with the rest of the body following the impact. During the first impact, the character looks like it got pushed down. I recommend watching videos of some sudden knock-down motions, like a low leg sweep, to understand how the body falls when it is not braced for the impact. During the second shot, the character flinches perfectly, but the slow descend into a crawl doesn't make sense for someone who is currently getting swiss cheesed The third shot is the death, and should just instantly drop the guy, no noticeable impact. Even just ragdolling the model will suffice i think. Finally, three individual bullets for every shot will work better than a constant stream, which will be very difficult to both animate and time.

    I think the way the character falls is the problem, its too sudden and needs to have a bit more 'motion' to it, like the motion of the bullet passing through the skin, which would push that part of the body a bit
