That judge should be fired and thrown into prison. What a sick joke.

No jail time for killing four people? One of the most disgusting things I have heard in a long time.
  • @LanaRioss
Wow hearing that father not able to recognize his own daughter is truly heartbreaking. It's so tragic and what's worse is that boy faced no consequences
  • @luckettt.
I’ll never get over how disgusting this judge was about this case. Imagine letting a dude walk away from driving under the influence and taking lives from other people just because he’s rich. But they’ll lock you up for getting a speeding ticket or having marijuana on you. That makes so much sense. I despise the court system nowadays.

When people can get years for weed but a rich kid walks free with multiple murders

The judge needs to be investigated. Something rotten going on here. You can't kill 7 people drunk driving and not go to prison.
  • That boy needs to be held accountable! It's sad how money rules while others are suffering their losses.

I’m sick of rich people getting away with so much.

Imagine killing 4 people while drunk, 16 years old, not getting any jail time. Imagine having the last name couch

As a 11 year old child who survived a terrifying car crash with 2 cars involved, this sickens me that a teen who killed 4 people and didn't get any jail time is honestly disappointing.

Negligent parents + spoiled child = worst case scenario.

Imagine losing your wife of probably 20 years and your daughter and having to carry on with life. Your house has to feel so empty.
  • @jlntvgt
That judge must have gotten a gigantic payoff from the parents.

Always the drunk drives never die it’s always the innocent that pass away . Him not getting sentenced was a huge punch in the face for the families of the people that passed , they got no justice at all so sad I would be so angry

If he was black or poor he would be serving life without parole

I hate it when reporters use the phrase "in the wrong place at the wrong time." His victims were where they were supposed to be, minding their own business. HE was the one who was out doing what he had no business doing, NOT them.
  • Drunk driving? One strike, you're out. License revoked for life. Kill people while driving? Manslaughter in the very least. Drunkenness is not an exonerating circumstance, it's a condemning one!

I wiuld gladly start and sign a petition to get this kid behind bars
