If you’re a judge and an activist, it should be an automatic no for the job
  • @dennisforce8859
This nominee is a clear danger to our American Constitution.
  • @scottleppard288
As a former prosecutor, I did not interpret the law. I applied the law.
  • @justkim9827
She's young, how can she be a judge when she doesn't even seem to have enough experience practicing law? She's got plenty of well-prepared answers though. She said everything she knows she's supposed to say

We don’t need Activists Judges! We need Judges who apply the Law as Founded by our Forefather’s!

As someone that worked interviewing candidates for different positions. I learned a lot about nonverbal ques and body language. This nominee was holding herself back from eye rolling and was clearly upset she was being asked these questions.
  • Where are we going to find such honorable congressmen and senators that have such integrity and fairness after our beloved ones are gone? This is scary beyond belief!
  • @Bryan-fn6lp
Senator Blackburn played her like a fiddle.
  • @johnb2674
Thank you Marsha Blackburn for asking the right questions. That nominee is 100% an activist.
  • @EliSkylander
I despise letting them just talk. They try to baffle matters, they talk on, they don't answer. "Truth is singular."
  • @johnnyzeee5215
Great job Ms. Senator Blackburn. Standing up to the woke, liberal nonsense.
  • @raging100
Any person not answering yes/no on the questions should be fired from their political role on the spot.
  • @markymark8
Love how every nominee ever says "it's not my job to interpret the law blah blah" but when you look at their records it's disgustingly obvious what they are doing
  • @kmg501
She is lying now. And she is clearly not fit for this role.
  • @scottscott6794
We don't need these kinds of people on the federal bench. I can't believe she's even a judge rolling people's lives with her interpretations. She is a liar, she is no good for this country.
  • Marsha is so astute and showing her amazing intelligence here.....well done, Senator !!!!
  • @simondavis750
I liked how she never let her finish an answer and just rolled on with the next question. As we see time and again, these people will never give a straight answer or answer at all, so why even let them answer knowing they won't be honest.
