This is a series I've begun just capturing the ambient scenery from Red Dead Redemption by Rockstar Games. In the game, if you are outside and leave the controller alone for approximately 2 minutes, the camera will pull away and observe the world.

Now this is true ambiance. The game makes you feel so alone and is exactly how I would imagine life back then.

Love the videos! This one is so soothing and therapeutic until about the 12 minute mark when a cougar mauls a man and his horse, with echoing gunfire. Then the tranquil desert commences.

Here I am, reading the last chapters of Part 6 Steel Ball Run of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, suddenly I hear screaming and gun shots coming from the video. I repeat at 12:00 to see what the hell was going on. I laughed more than I should.

Superb idea to record these ambiences from RDR! They produce a very unique atmosphere...kind of a direct connection to the world of the (cinematic) Wild West! Makes me want to play the game again! Urgently! =)
