Super video. I just started working with Lists and this video gave me a great head start. Thank you!
  • @iamtangobravo
Good video. Thank you for the information! Cheers!
  • @nfn7121
Wish you could drag a drop the items to put in the order you want.
  • @AaronCCorbin
Thanks for this. Very informative. I find Microsoft apps are so difficult to use. Their UX is kinda outdated.
  • Great video - love the way you present - very useful tutorials - buy yourself a beer - subscribed and liked

Thank you for this video! Can we create notifications for new entries that are specific? For example, depending on the managers name that is entered on a form, an email will trigger to only that person so they know they have a new entry specifically for them.

Thank you for this! Adding 30 days to the due date is causing my next generated task due date to be earlier and earlier, is there a solution to set the next tasks due date to the end of the month?
  • Gavin - can the notification email (about the 9:57 mark) that is sent be customized in any way? I would like to get a more informative email delivered to the project manager than just - 'Hey, this project was added'.
  • Thanks for this. I created a list and was able to add ~items (colleague files) to it and now when I try to add more, once I hit save I receive an error message "upload is invalid" Any idea how to fix this? My team is still able to edit/add items but I consistently receive the error message.

Hello, I just created a SharePoint list with lookup columns, but when I try to use it in the mobile version, the look up column was not available - read only. Is there a way to make it work? Now I am creating drop down columns to replace the lookup column, but I need the correct formula or JSON code to obtain the auto populate that the lookup column was doing before. I have 34 different values that need to used and the calculated column is limited to only 7 IF statements. Any help will be greatly appreciate it

What about importing an existing excel or csv table. Date column on import is preset to date and time so when change column after the fact and make it date only then it messes up the original date
  • Is there a way to create a rule to post a due date reminder on a teams channel instead of an email reminder?
  • Do you know how I can see all tasks assigned to me from multiple lists?
  • Is there a way of showing a time in a list without a date? I want to create an agenda and keep repeating the date in the column?

Send email so annoying. Need to send to where I want to send it. Like slack, ma teams, jira, text to cell, etc. Email is here people go to be unproductive
