When you see a dealership looking like this - it's already a red flag

The first mistake was buying a Chevy trax. They are complete trash !

people like the owner of this lot need to start going to jail, otherwise these issues will get worse. last i remembered, since i started breathing 48 years ago, fraud was illegal in this country.

I cannot believe that a used car dealer is this dishonest normally they are as honest as a politician or a preacher

This is a basic lawsuit. If the dealer is too stupid to realize that; they will drop out of business in a month. How do you open a car lot and not know how contracts work?

Simple solution have a friend test drive the one you bought, while you wait down the street and have them take back the the other one

They found someone with bad enough credit to buy a 10 year old Chevy Trax... so no... they don't want it back. Scammer and sleazy dealer.
  • I went to one of these sleazy dealerships once to try to buy a small truck that caught my eye. Their sign also said 'WE FINANCE.' When I told them I would pay cash for the vehicle they refused to sell it to me. Selling automobiles is just a sideline for these people. They're really financiers out to get as much money out of you as they can. With their high interest rates, the low price they quote you will end up costing you double by the time you pay it off.

if she has paperwork with the VIN she can have police retrive the car with the correct VIN

EVERYBODY with sense knows that you don't EVER buy a vehicle from these small non reputable "lots". Consider it a lesson learned so you don't have advertise your naivety to the world again

Wow! They have no clue what the law is. They're just doing whatever they want

Simple solution just leave the first car on the lot since it’s not her car, call a locksmith to make a new key for second car and drive off.

They sold her the wrong lemon. Since the paper work is all wrong DMV can force the dealer to refund the customer.

Sadly, you can sue them and the attorney general can shut them down but a new business name and they back in business.

If she has paperwork for the other car report it stolen.
  • @Onemanstrash1
Send the sheriff and pick up the car they bought , argue about it , charge the dealer with theft....

Breach of contract, take them for tree times as much! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
