10/10 I can you really see you spent your time trying to make a well done video that summarizes the theme in a relatively short time. Well done man!

Also Russia and Ottomans hated each other very bad (Around 6:50) .They went to war with each other so often. You used the wrong flag here in there but overall this amazing.Better than most history related content i see.Good job!

Solid 8/10, all your information is accurate and posted in a fun and informative way. I read in one of your comments that the rubrik changed, and so I understand why the pacing is weird but unfortunately it does detract from the vid. But awesome video my guy, must have taken a lot of work. And hey, if you ever decide to make a history youtube channel, I'll give it a watch for sure!

The audio could be more balanced, but I quite liked watching this video and was actually engaged with it and found some parts funny. Dare I say, reaching the level of mainstream educational YouTubers. Keep up your editing and storytelling ability and you might get a lot of fame. Great video.
  • Neither the armenians nor the majority of the Ottoman occupied Balkan nations were Catholic. Almost all of them were Eastern Orthodox, with the Armenians being of the Armenian orthodox church. Other than that the content is solid and id give you an 8/10.

As a history student at a university level I have some points, but at a high school level you’ve done well. I would say the idea of the Ottoman classical period being built on Islamic nationalism is inaccurate. The Ottomans were quite decentralized and relied on negotiating with minority groups to maintain their rule. It was the foundations of nationalist thinking in Europe that led in part to the undoing of these arrangements. As another comment said, the Armenians targeted in the genocide were mostly Orthodox Christians, but I think you got the general idea down. I think you’ve overall done well, your research combined with the quality of the video should serve you well. If I were a teacher I would take into account the clear dedication and passion in the project. Taking points off for a couple details, I would say maybe an 80?
  • F- because you forgot us here in New Zealand like how we aren't on the map 25% of the time
  • @spoopz69420
as a fellow history school video maker i say 10/10

I think the one critique I can give is treating the Ottoman Empire as a political system a single unified entity, like everyone was on the same page and especially with joining the war. Most parties in the Empire actually didn't want to go to war, and it was only the Young Turks that pulled them in. Honestly the Young Turks in general were such a huge political force in the Late Empire. If this doesn't get you a B at least tho your teacher is an ass.
  • @heybak
Quite good imo, some things pass by too fast though. So... I'd say like, a 7.5/10 // B
  • @madlyjp
9/10 only bad thing is the audio

Watch this video with CAUTION. It is highly likely that this video contains inaccuracies (look at the comment-section for proof). I recommend doing you own research on topics like this. By the way, the reason I discussed Australia so heavily is because I had-to in order to receive higher marks :(
