  • Ally there is no way to thank you enough for all you do! I tuned in this morning to find a yoga nidra that would help settle my racing and judging mind and found this brand new one and it couldn’t have been more perfect! Your yoga nidras have been a major part of my healing journey the past three years as I deal with long covid, dysautonomia, and past trauma. You have made a major difference in my quality of life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. ❤️

Wow wow wow! This one is beyond everything I've ever experienced! The way you're using your voice, the words and affirmations you're saying, the very very gentle background sound, I am absolutely astonished. Your guidance has helped me over the last year to really make huge improvements on my journey to healing from severe burn out/chronic fatigue/complex ptsd, I can't thank you enough. Hope I'm able to carve out some time within the next few years to attend one of your teachings, id be truly blessed and honoured. Until then, I will continue focusing on being the best one-parent household I can possibly be for my precious daughter as well as healing my own little gigantic almost no longer broken heart. Danke, as I'd say in my native language. ❤ May you be forever blessed, supported and protected.

You are a poet. I adore your healing incantations. Every time I return, I am moved to try to express how impressed I am by your words. I do think of it as poetry. One of your Gratitude Nidras I would take to a desert island. Thank you for your service.

This nidra popped up on my phone just as I was getting ready to find one for my morning practice - 40 minutes also happens to be my preferred length. I'm going through an extremely stressful time at the moment. Sending my attention to the buzzing 🐝 bee breath, buzzing along with you and doing it for 10 breaths, felt like a relief, immersing myself into it, being able to put the worrying off to the side for a bit. The following nidra felt like a safe space, an island of letting go. Thank you so much, Ally, for tirelessly providing these refuges for us. 💜☮️🔆

What a wonderful practice. You’re with me more than anyone else in my Life Ally! I listen to your voice for at least an hour every day!!!
  • Thank you for this wonderful opportunity for my peace and joy. At this moment I am thinking of my disabled son Ryan who is dying as I type this. He is in the hospital and I will be visiting with him today. I pray for him always and forever be in my thoughts and prayers. Life is tough right now and I need your yoga practice to help me get through the next days. Love for Ryan and myself❤
  • @PaulineBro100
The first part certainly helped to stop my mind jumping around. The ending with deep breaths helps to wake my body up from its relaxed state. Thank you.
  • Love the Bhramari pranayama at the start! So great to settle in with, I'm at 10 months after donating my left kidney to my husband, and this really helped vagus nerve recovery just now. As well as the stiffness in my knees I've been experiencing. This is my first time trying your Yoga Nidra and have found exactly what I needed to help me through this part of recovery. Thank you❤🙏❤ Namaste
  • Namaste! I practiced at 5 P.M. on May 27, 2024. Bhramari was a bit challenging as I had a lot of things on my mind and was trying to repeat my lengthy Sankalpa, lol. I absolutely loved the guidance of observing the stillness of the muscle of the tongue and of both eyes. That was a reminder to give myself permission to let all thoughts cease. It allowed me to deeply relax and to remember that it is in stillness that all else that has troubled me fades away. What I am going to do to support myself at this time is to remember to combine daily long walks in nature with daily yoga nidras for myself, independent of others and my guidance of others. I feel calmer and clearer now and know to tackle one thing at a time.
  • @CecileAYHAN
Thanks a lot for this moment of peace and rest. It is a sanctuary for me.
  • @_suse_
Coming back again to say this is my daily practice for the foreseeable future. I forgot all about the bee breath and it feels fantastic. Thanks so much, Ally ❤
  • @Emmatronzz
I think I have used nearly every single recording you have on here and this is one of my favourites ever! I loved the practice at the start. Thank you as always ❤
  • This was my favorite one so far! I have just recently found you on YouTube but will definitely be tuning in more. Thank you.

Hey you. Yes you. Random person that I will never meet. I truly hope you will find happiness on life. Today is going to be a great day!😊
  • @tulsaroubal
Vou are simply the BEST! What an amazing practice and teaching me a new and wonderful breathing technique. I will be going back to this practice again and again. Peace.
  • @JennyGriffin888
Thank you so much, Ally! I loooove brahmari pranayama 😊 I could hum all day like a happy bee. I found the breathing in through the feet very aligning, almost like a recalibration of energy channels. Thank you for pouring so much care and attention into your offerings 🙏💖
