  • It's touching to see how mongooses value family. Odu still didn't abandon his responsibility despite the very high risk, he is a legend. RIP Odu
  • I wish the blind mongoose a brighter future ahead, his determination and endurance to survive is amazing he really did beat the odds
  • Thank goodness for the mongoose protecting the baby mongoose and glad his eyes opened. The matriarch mongoose searching for her partner who lost his life trying to rescue a baby and both lost their lives is heartbreaking. R.i.P Beautiful mongooses 🌈♥️
  • This is how people should be in this world. Some people are completely oblivious to the dangers that we encounter. We are prey as much as hunters. From what i've learned & experienced and shared with my daughter's and other people, they think i'm paranoid. I say, i'm always on guard and aware of my surroundings. If i had eyes around my head, i wouldn't miss a thing. Incidently, i love this story. It's about how this species takes care of their family and does watever it takes to do so.
  • Despite Odu's heroic attempt to save his kid in distress, which cost his life. I still root for Toku, the hunter extraordinaire, who single handedly raised and protected Kisu the blind youngster to maturity against all odds. Toku for the top seat.
  • What a great documentary. I know nothing about mongoose and now I know how they survive in a world of huge predators. This documentary was 10 out of 10
  • Toku’s responsibility towards Keysu almost made me tear up. That was honestly remarkable! Even these tiny creatures know TEAMWORK!

I'm in love with these mongooses!! Who knew they were so compassionate, clever and family orientated??! I was hoping this doc would show one of my fave symbiotic relationships between mongoosees and wart hogs. 😍
  • Rest In Peace Odu and little one. You did great protecting your herd, RIP.

one of the best wildlife documentary's I've watched. The mongeese are very intelligent, so many dangers to avoid
  • @missmee7210
Omg I love them all. Toku is a good meerman. I never would have guessed them to be so similar to humans and elephants in caretaking. It's pretty remarkable. They're a very impressive little squad of Timons.

There are few programs on utube that I'm willing to watch any ads, as some have way too many and have stolen someone else's hard work, all they did was remove tv commercials and post it to utube ! I am very greatful to the hardworking cameraman/ woman and the time they have taken to show us the beautiful animals in their natural habitat, awesome job! Very well done! ( and I watched every ad so these true artists can be paid for the beauty they share and bring to those who otherwise would never get the experience,) thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!!!
  • Omg I died when the narrator said “emergency repairs” after the rainfall was going to collapse the walls, and you see Odu and the others literally fixing them with their hands like legit little repair-men. Cutest thing I’ve ever seen. These little creatures truly are clever and mesmerizing to watch. 🫶🏻
