We will provide the latest updates on the cases here: **Case 1**: Rios-Gonzalez, the victim, suffered a traumatic brain injury and subsequently sued the police department over her treatment. The officer involved was charged with criminal attempt to commit manslaughter and reckless endangerment but was acquitted of all charges in a juryless trial. The parties reached an $8.5 million settlement. **Case 2**: Following the suspect's death from a crash, his family filed a lawsuit against the officer and his department. The District Attorney determined that the officer's actions were lawful, and the lawsuit is still ongoing. **Case 3**: The suspect, Lamar Bell, did not survive after being rushed to the hospital. All officers were cleared of any wrongdoing by both the police department and the District Attorney's office. **Case 4**: The suspect, identified as 42-year-old Derrick Scott, was pronounced dead. Autopsy reports exonerated the officers from any culpability in Derrick's death. **Case 5**: During an investigation, a large, aggressive dog charged at the officers, leading one of them to discharge their weapon, accidentally striking another officer in the back. A review board determined that the shooting was accidental, and the officer involved, Aaron Wright, will not be terminated. **Case 6**: The suspect was rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. Subsequently, the man’s family filed a civil lawsuit against the police department and the officers involved. The officer who discharged the weapon also faced criminal charges for his actions.

who tf thought it would be fine to leave a car in the middle of the tracks 💀 🤦‍♂️
  • @TragicPoet
The most frustrating part for me, Bruh you can hear the train blowing its horn for so long and all of the cops ignored it till it was too late.
  • That first one was by far the dumbest thing a cop can do. They need to be held accountable for their stupidity.
  • @smartestgirl
Crazy how only the last one faced charges for "negligent" homicide when he was the only cop who cared.

Suspect overdosing on cocaine Cop: Calm down
  • @poptartstud1os
Police: "i cant talk to you when your yelling at me." The guy: screaming and begging for help
  • @_Nobody_Special
The car on the train tracks is criminal negligence taken to the absolute extreme. I hope they face the harshest possible justice.
  • @korn-ey4mz
im so glad the lady on the tracks survived, those officers should be ashamed but i even saw one hesitate to go back to help her because it was too late. absolute stupidity
  • @cadsarm
The "I can't breathe" one made my heart drop. It's terrible how many officers in all these clips got away with their wrongdoings...
  • @HjalteStein
Man, I can't help but feel for the coke guy. Being scared that you have taken too much of a drug while you can feel the effects getting stronger, is such a terrifying feeling, and you could really hear the fear in his voice.
  • @hdhsksk1944
nothing is scarier than the cops who are calm and slow asf when youre asking them for help
  • @mrslks
cop parks at tracks car gets hit by train suspect who was in the car gets injured and lifelong trauma "So.. is there a firearm in the vehicle ?"
  • It breaks my heart to see an officer beg for a suspects life in such a remorseful manner.
  • @hv5144
Who needs criminals when you have such type of policeman
  • @AyeJayee
Overdosing on cocaine sounds like the worst drug to OD on. Opiates you usually just drift off and stop breathing, or just instantly unconscious. But cocaine sounds like literal hell
  • @a.walters123
Those officers knew even before questioning that he swallowed those. They don’t need a “verified reason” to call an ambulance. This was such negligence.
