repair still amazes me. I was just saying few weeks ago that you should get datacenter GPUs for repair. Now here we are.

wow the core is HUGE for such a tiny card...

lmao those first few frames I thought I was looking at spent shell casings. Turns out its just a few pcb standoffs 🤣

frequency generator while soldering helps with solder bonding
  • Had to repin the core and all the memory once on a 4090, after 3d printing out several layers to make a new pcb board.

The greys is coming to take you away till it gets wicked away by flux 😅😅😅😅😅
  • these tesla cards while they definitely work off-screen, you need a remote desktop software or a secondary gpu with output to see its frames. in this case you need the GRID driver which basically is the equivalent of GRD driver for most geforce cards, and then the driver will establish a virtual display that works right off the tesla card. additionally with GRID drivers, these things are 100% capable of gaming. if you use the datacenter drivers, the tesla will work in compute something mode aka no 3d, no gaming whatsoever

. . . Data center used moleboard video cards also used in SLI setups . . .

These little things run really hot when not cooled by a fan, I've had several end up a no-detect due to overheating, only coming back when cooled.

. . . These old sets used electric connections instead of optical fiber for the transfer of the data . . .

Can I ask you the program you use when you're looking at boards? Im looking to find something to use for consoles also. I am in need even if I have to purchase each diagram/shematic.
