  • When she said ‘god gave us free will so why is my free will in some else hands’ and hit hard.
  • I definitely love Sara personality 💕 this was one of her best interviews. Love it ❤
  • I really love Sara and this conversations was incredible. I got raped a couple of days ago and I wanted to take off my life, but because I heard her talking about the process of healing so many times, I gave myself a chance to face that hard reality and learn the lesson it came to teach me. I truly believe that every single thing that happen to us is meant to make us grow. I am still hearted but I chose not to feel a victim of the universe, I decided that, once I get healed, I'll create an association aimed to help people that went or are going through sexual abuse here in my country.

Thank you for this, very important topics discussed, thank you for your insights lovely ladies ❤ From my experience, when we tell someone what we think they should do to help themselves, they won’t do it. I don’t know the science behind this and why this occurs. What I have learnt to do instead is to ask open questions and be compassionate towards them this does a number of things: 1. They feel like they have been heard, they feel like someone has listened to me and they’ve heard what I’m going through. 2. Instead of saying to them, you need to do this, this and this; ask open questions that allow them to really think about their situation. This would hopefully open a box inside their mind and help them realise, hey I can think for myself and I can probably try something else instead of what I have been doing. I always thought it was best to tell others what they needed to do to improve their situation. Since I’ve tried this other method, I have noticed people who would never make a change would do something completely different because they were thinking of it themself (could be the same thing I mentioned to them to do), but because they though of it themself they did it and so much changed. Much love to you all ❤
