I can only hope that Alaska Airlines flight was heading to cooler climes! We on the other hand are going from hot and dry to hot and humid! Bleccch! The usual view of the Strip(someplace I've never seen up close in person) and if memory serves, this was just before Vegas had that disasterous rain which,according to Youtube, caused rivers of water to cascade thru casino lobbies and parking garages! Our flight turns left and heads roughly SE towards Texas, losing daylight in the process. I'm old school so inflight, I caught up with newspapers, sipping on ginger ale and store bought snacks!
