Miss Val will think I am a stalker but in reality I am just in awe of her. I know what it is to be broken but I never had someone to help put me back together. My motivation to heal was after I had my boys. I have came a long way but I still have miles to go. I encourage anyone who has the ability, to read or listen to Miss Val's book and to watch the videos with Miss Val. You can learn a lot just by listening. My goal this month has been to change my mindset about not being a "morning person". Thank you Miss Val. I hope you truly realize the impact that you have on a person.
