    Really love this video. Thanks for breaking this down. I actually had a very similar experience recently with my own campaign, which session 4 of is this sunday. I forgot the incorporate an incredibly important NPC to the inciting incident of the campaign's hook. When I realized I had missed this, I thought that I had ruined my campaign before it had even started. But the next week I was able to salvage what I had lost so well I very much surprised myself. I think what you said at 11 minutes in encapsulates it perfectly. As dungeon masters, we must be careful to have vague ideas of the future that can adapt to the party's actions, and do our more precise planning on the here and now. I would love to see a video on how you're now planning these story arcs in your notes after realizing this. Again, great video! keep up the good work
