You know how quality this channel is when you can stare at the same gif for over an hour and it even doesn't get boring. I love those little spinning fans and blinking lights now! <3

as someone who works in law, i can say that he got played to talk lol

Never talk to the cops without a lawyer. I don't think they could've been able to convict him with just a bunch of screenshots.
  • @BeastyBite
he voluntarily gave his phone to the feds like an idiot. classic investigative tacticsis to tell the suspect they got snitched on. and like the brave home-schooled boy he is he propably ate it like a good snitch!

I've always said and will always say, those dudes that were on silk road back when bitcoin was dirt cheap are probably some of the richest people today.

Hi Jack, every single one of your episodes is really great!

My friends and I all agree it is a truly miracle that we are actually alive and (relatively) fit into society. Especially after all the really moronic stuff we did.

Jack, please bring subtitles back!!! I miss a lot of the dialogue for a number of reasons, and the subtitles are invaluable to me enjoying your posts... Thank you very much...

Crazy story but the dude is completely a snitch. I understand why he wanted to remain anonymous. By his own standards, I can comment on this. I went down for trafficking x and coke. I got snitched on by the guy who supplied me. I knew other distributors as well as ties with organized crime. I kept my mouth shut. They threatened me with a minimum of 20 years, even with a clean record (prior to this arrest). I didn't roll over on anyone and they already knew who I got this batch from since it was a setup to begin with. I got 5 years and conditions to discharge early. This guy makes excuses but that saying is true "don't do the crime if you can't do the time". By his own admission, he probably got people who hardly was involved in trouble, he wore a wire, and he "did anything he had to". He was just as bad if not worse than his "higher up". Guy made excuses and wad willing to burn anyone he could to NOT take responsibility. Sure a lot do the same, but plenty don't. The difference is that I don't have to even think about looking over my shoulder or have to make excuses for what I did. I live a content life, have a good career, wife, kids, and a decent house. I worked my ass off because I made life harder because I tried to take shortcuts and sell drugs. I now go into prisons and do what I can to bring some hope to inmates and let them know that life can get better if they're willing to put in the work. This dude has a crazy story sure, but he's also a full blown coward. I love your videos and have watched ALL of your uploads. For some reason this video hit me different because of your guest. Still a good episode but the dude made a ton of excuses to justify his inability to take responsibility. Edit: corrected some autocorrect issues and such, content still the same

Kpacks were a common term for 1000 qty of Xanax on the markets. Dude was probably buying from all the OG vendors like AlpaKing if this was back in 2016ish
  • @clintonjgardiner

It would seem that his former supplier wasn't as diligent as he was and fucked everything up and all that was left was to save your own ass .
  • @HatelivesNextDoor
"imagine doing this every time you go to work" Every data center: "do this at every doorway and we can consider you. You mess up, your fired"
  • @Ye4rZero
He was always going to talk, they know how to crush you in interrogations if they really have to, and there would have been a LOT of pressure to nail him. They wanted a newspaper article with the words 'Silk Road' and "conviction' in it.
