I don't care if it was intentional or not. Talking to many people up in the Chico, Paradise, and Magalia areas I would say If he ever gets out of jail he had better find another state to live in because it's not going to end well for him.

Each felony caused someone egregious harm. It’s obvious to anyone who lives around there, fire is always, 100%, deadly. I don’t want to pay for him to be incarcerated, but he can’t be trusted out here.

So why does the EPA sign off on Green Energy power plants that have been determined to be a "potential trigger for wildfire" without having the means to extinguish the wildfire it will trigger?
