Ive had a hell of a morning, no credit no debit, computers were down. Someone better get fired over this, im losing income!

Because testing code before sending to to production is just unheard of.

Crowdstrike cannot just upload the fix when computers are in blue screen of death. Each and every computer will have to be fix manually. This may take weeks for certain companies that have thousands of computers. The fix requires the the person to go in safe mode or recovery, access the corrupt file that was sent by crowd strike, and delete it. The difficulty of this task is that all computers will have a bit locker key that you must enter to access the corrupt file from safe/recovery mode. Some computers, may even be locked out of the safe/recovery mode as an extra layer of security. Only your company IT will know the codes due to cyber security reasons. If you have only a small team for IT for many computers, and IT doesn't trust the other employees to implement the fix, then it's going to take awhile as they go to each computer.

It is eye opening how average people who are only needed to read a teleprompter are so supprised that they are worthless without the technology they got provided and see for granted every day.
