Instant pain relief! Thank you! I used this to self-apply for upper achilles
  • This technique for Achilles tendon taping is excellent! Besides taking into consideration the concomitant injury or pain in different portions of the gastrocnemius, there is “room “ for the associated swelling or persistent edema that occurs around the medial and lateral malleoli. Thanks for making this video!

This is great! By any chance could you show how this could be self applied?

Hi Tim, Do you fix and provide treatment for Cervical DDD at bondi?

Hi - thanks for the video. I have issues with the outer calf muscles (gastrocnemius). It get really tender/sore after running and very sensitive to pressure in that outer area on the calves. If using KT tape, should I apply the tape directly above it (the pain point)?

Hi, these videos are awesome and really helpful. I am currently in week 5 of non surgical Achilles heel rupture treatment and this has given me a massive boost as I’m currently in cast for another 3 weeks. Anything you could suggest for when the cast comes off, much appreciated

I’ve got a tendon tear and because I don’t have my calf pulling up my leg up the bottom of my heel hurts from pressure from the ground does this go after a while
  • My heel is swelling and i can't stand or even apply pressure on my left heel And I can't feel my tendon but my mom and I tested the calf test and it appears that my tendon is still responsive but I can't apply weight on my heel so I can't stand and due to pandemic we can't go out to the hospital.
