WOOO hello! I've been seeing this meme absolutely everywhere and I thought it would be fun to make one! It took a while to sync-up, but MAN was it worth it.
Four years of animating later, we've come a long way! I still have a lot left to learn though!
I went onto my old computer to dig up most of the 2018 stuff, DANG it was wild. It felt like opening a time capsule. But like.. a really ugly time capsule. Full of warrior cats and bad anatomy
IMPORTANT: I wasn’t the first person to do this trend, and many people have done it before me! I haven’t been able to track down where the original idea is from, so be sure to look up “animation improvement trend” and check out some other cool animators!

I enjoy this animation trend, because it shows that all advanced artists have to start somewhere….and they have to practice. Regardless of your style and/or experience, you can and will improve! Keep up the good work!

This honestly helped me so much with motivation and worrying about how it’ll be at least a decade before I will be good at drawing/animation. I know it’ll take a lot of effort (which you have obviously put a ton of in) but motivation and determination are the only real hard parts of learning.

I seriously love these improvement things, I feel like they always help people like me who sometimes feel like they aren't going anywhere with their art/animation, these always show me that it doesn't matter where you start, you can always improve and become who you want to be, it only takes time.

you've improved so much over the past years! if you ever feel like your not special and alot of people do the same thing as you, just know that even trillions cant be on the level as you! i support you alot! id love to see your progress after even more years, dont give up no matter what anyone tells you! because you need to know that everyone supports you here, dont listen to what anyone says, your one of my favorite artists! :D

I love how in just four years you turned your animations into a master piece!! This tells all of us to keep practicing even when we feel unmotivated, I've tried so hard to draw but that's how hard it is.
