  • Every family has a person who breaks the chain of poverty. I hope you will be that person!!
  • Hey you. Don’t wait. All too often, “sometime later” becomes never. Do it now. Start that business. Try that class. Ask that girl/boy out. Say “I love you”. Go on that trip. Whatever it is that you want to do, do it now ❤️

    1. Be your own biggest fan. 2. Change your perspective. 3. Spend time reflecting on your emotions (Emotional Awareness) 4. Control the way you react. 5. Turning failure to a mental fortitude. 6. Spend a little time introspecting every day. 7. Take risks. 8. Embarrass yourself on a regular basis (The more uncomfortable situation you face, the stronger you're going to be). 9. Disregard laziness and keep working. 10. Be kind and spread positiveness wherever you go.
  • I used to hate to walk to our school. Now I know I been on an a 2 Miles walk like an athlete for 12 years. 5 Days a Week. I am so strong.

so true... you can't control everything and every situation arround you but you can control how you react 💯👍🏻✊🏻
  • When growing up, as a child, I always wanted to become strong too.... with big arms, a huge chest, broad shoulders, legs full of speed power.... but then I realized becoming stronger mentally was the first step to become physically stronger. So I went to school, did my homework 100%, became polite to everybody in my neighbourhood and listened carefully to my parents and family. Thanks to that mentallity, I am where I am nowadays: a pretty good physique with not the biggest arms, not the broadest shoulders, not the most powerful legs of the world, but I can deal with that thanks to my strong mental attitude!

Three things you have to do... think positive. Be drama free. And dont worry bout what other people think of you and your life will be better.

Now, I should be focusing on two habits for the time being and those are: 1. Confidence from taking risks 2. Embracing yourself. Thank you for sharing self reflective content.
  • 1 be you- you are ideally made for something 2 get in the game 3 understand upside vs downside risk 4 don't care what others think about you 5 don't judge anyone, including yourself 6 don't take anything personally- even when it is 7 start giving and sharing and caring today, not someday when you 'make it' 8 let go of the past and live in the now
  • You forgot an important concept, I think. This is one I have been practicing since I hit my 70s and realized that I wanted to keep “creating” more neurons to keep my brain active and “younger” for a few more years. Therefore, I started thinking more logically and truthfully. I learn new things every day by listening to podcasts and reading articles and books I don’t know much about, like physics, astronomy, ancient civilizations, behavior of different life forms, archeology, anthropology, etc. By learning the way things happen, or happened, and apply logical ways of understanding, I learn many things by looking at them with a different perspective than I did. this makes a big difference in how I think about things and makes them easier to understand.
