people are actually supposed to have someone go with them to a colonoscopy so that they can get home safely. i went with my dad to his a few months ago. he was so out of it afterwards that he couldn't even speak, much less drive himself back to the house.

Reddit is two steps away from becoming as comfortable as sharing things on p*rn hub , "I have that blender" "Oh me to"
  • Reddit is where you go when you have an extremely obscure question that someone also had 10 years ago

My cat is watching this and is very interested in Kwite's hand movements. What are you telling him, Kwite? What dark magics have you cast?
  • @MrHodoAstartes
3:15 Actually, mutating girlfriends and magic out of nowhere sounds more like a 6th World problem. Specifically if you a) do not geek the mage first or b) cut a deal with a dragon.

2:16 - I can answer this (not as the OP but from experience), gastroenterology procedures usually require the patient to be sedated or numbed with some kinda anaesthetic, so they usually need somebody to chaperone them home safely afterwards or else you have to wait around for at least an hour until the side effects have worn off enough for you to safely get home. It's a super un-fun time! I've not had a colonoscopy personally, but frankly I would consider the endoscopy I had to be a more unpleasant experience.
  • I decided to watch this while eating a snack and my snack was an orange. Using the video like a stopwatch I found out it took me 6 minutes to peel it and 2 minutes to eat it. Also while watching this video I got a Reddit notification about monster high and the notification just said “Who’s arm is this?” And it reminded me how funny so many things that are said about dolls can be out of context.

Gout is the most painful thing I’ve ever experienced by far. It’s basically like sharp crystals that form between your foot-bones from eating like shit and drinking tons of alcohol for an extended period of time. Over 50% of mothers with gout say that it’s more painful than giving birth.
  • 2:18 Ok I think OP is there as a driver bc you have to have someone drive you home after a colonoscopy due to anaesthesia stuff But the emoji is wild and idk why bro rly decided to pull up pokemon go in there
  • "how to drop xan in prange juice help" on r/ambien is still a top 10 reddit post of all time. seeing that for the first time had me laughing hysterically for like half an hour straight
  • I had to look up what gout is, and yeah, it's basically kidney stones, but in your joints instead of your kidneys. It's painful, fucks up your ability to move your digits, and can cause swelling and joint displacement. Overall, not sure how this would affect someone's feelings towards shellfish.
  • Oh yeah no Gout will fuck you up My dad got it after he had hip surgery and what it is is lactic acid building up, often caused by you not moving for a long time like when you're resting from surgery, and crystalizing in places like your joints and causing excruciating pain and inflammation on the level of having broken your bones And eating certain things like red meat will exacerbate the problem Antioxidants help however
