Clay is so right about Hobi's dancing style. It just seems so fluid and smooth and whatever he does, even if he is just vibing, just feels so right. There is something about Hoseok that is just different from all existing dancers.

Hobi brings on the energy, JK brings on the solidity, and Jimin brings on the drama. Hobi is creative, JK is on point and Jimin is captivating. These trio are beyond compare rather they compliment each other. Hence, the BTS!

Jimin is known for that shoulder reveal. Started with an accident, so says Jimin, and has turned into a thing. We love him for it.

What Clay pointed out in j-hope's dancing is exactly what differentiates and elevates his dancing to a higher artistic plane - j-hope's ability to meld absolutely precise dance technique, seamless physical coordination, engaged control & release, and in-the-moment connectivity to the emotional core & structure fo whatever song he's dancing to. Not to claim that the others do not posses such skills, but j-hope's relentless consistency in placement of his feet/knees/pelvis/shoulders/head, functional turnout, impressive extension & line, pinpoint transitions, and ability to switch up beats & cadences in seconds is why he stands out. You can stop a rehearsal or performance choreography video at at any point (like Clay did) and revel in j-hope's dance textbook perfect placement and form.

My two favorite dancers are J-Hope and Jimin. J-Hope because he’s technically perfect, quick learner, best hip hop dancer, and Jimin because of his unique dance style which can’t be replicated and his stage and camera presence…he has the “IT” factor. 🫰🏻💜

I love his no hesitation when asked who’s his favorite dancer, J Hope! You nailed it when you said J Hope can embody what a song wants from a dancer. This is exactly how I’ve always felt watching him but was not able to verbalize it like you did.

As a dancer myself, I LOVE Jimin. I’ve learned so much from him! He pours everything he has in his craft. He’s just inSANLY talented! His dancing is another level. That man is honestly the best dancer I’ve ever seen and he’s easily, one of, if not THEE best dancer in the industry. He’s a very versatile dancer. He was known as the dark horse of modern dance and golden swan of contemporary. From hiphop, locking-popping, contemporary, ballet, traditional and modern, his dance genre knowns no boundaries. He’s truly a dance PRODIGY. He combines his mastery of dance with K-pop sensibilities to unlock new possibilities. He’s an idol with overflowing charms and a performing artist not confined to any genre on stage but instead uses his body to express his inner self. He’s such a rare dancer/performer. I admire him very much!!
