" i can bare almost anything as long as he has clean teeth.. " That woman has seen some shit
-
"Would you marry an ugly man?" "I've married one." I really hope her husband didn't see this on YouTube, back in 1967 ...
-
The "Oh, money of course," answer straight out of the barrel made me laugh as a guy. At least that woman's honest. 😂
-
My wife said she married me because she thought I would take good care of her. I'd hoped it was because I was good looking or interesting. She turned out to be a great wife and mother - very practical and friendly. These women sound something like her.
-
Nothing like going back home from a hard day of work and watch your wife on the national television calling you ugly.
-
“Would you marry an ugly man?” “I’ve married one” Ooooooooooooo
-
That woman who valued clean teeth.....her...hair....! That style should be called The Aussie Summer. It really does evoke surfing, pavlova and soft serve ice cream. Truly magnificent!
-
The sheer eloquence how people have spoke back in the day is mind-blowing. We've literally became Beavis & Butthead these days.
-
"As long as he's got money, it's the most important thing there is." Golddiggers est. 1967
-
“I can bear almost anything as long as he’s got clean teeth” looks straight into the camera for her husband at home
-
I swoon for that fiery wonderful gentle soul at 1:07 . Made me tear up . The news has been getting to me , I like the simple things , it can make you feel better
-
That last lady's a right beaut! the guy who she was with is lucky to have someone that humble, honest and witty 😆😅
-
“Oh money of course.” At least she honest.
-
-"would you marry and ugly man? " -"im married to one"
-
"Would you marry an ugly man?" "I´ve married one." - is a good response. But "Are you proposing to me?" - would be a Great response.
-
There were some true women of quality right there.
-
“Would you marry an ugly man?” “I’ve married one...” Husband glaring off camera
-
Woman: "As long as he's kind, gentle, y-" Interviewer: "BUT WOT ABOUT IF HE'S UGLAY??"
-
The last woman's voice is very beautiful.

The way these ordinary women were able to articulate their thoughts (even when seemingly being caught off guard by an unusual question) is remarkable. It strikes me how much our ability to communicate decayed over 40-50 years. It is very sad really.
