  • Planting and tilling is necessary activity. If we want to eat our own food, it’s the most important activity. So never boring. Thanks Nathan - great looking garden.
  • @Will7981
If that were my excavator, I might looking into welding some brackets onto my front roll bars and get a steel screen made to fit it that I could take on and off. My goal being to try and protect myself from any flying debris from my brush cutter. It never ceases to amaze me the weird angles they throw stuff back at you.

A wise man told me a long time ago... "Son, when you plant your garden, plant 3 times what you think you'll need. 1/3 for yourself. 1/3 to share. 1/3 for the birds!!😅

Had a programming class where if one becomes bogged down at work, stop, grab a cup of coffee and take a break. That was the correct answer on the test.
  • @DanLoudShirts
Is it just me that loves the sound of the vehicles going up and down the gravel driveway? I find the channel one of the most relaxing to watch. I don't know how many UK watchers you have but I am an avid one! Keep up the good work.
  • Showing what a real homesteader has to do to keep the property up. Stay safe.
  • @texasjetman
Excellent even got to see tripod & camera take a dirt dive glad it was soft till. Looking forward to the Kato unleashing the hounds on that brush with the new cutter. Have a safe Memorial 🇺🇸🤠🙏

Thank you for the Banjo. It makes me feel like I'm back in Sale Creek Tennessee sittin' on the front porch listenin' to uncle Frank Hodge.
  • @mikeemayhem3201
I really enjoy the videos where the farming takes center stage and sawmilling takes a backseat. I think you give us a good balance of both of the major components to your work.
  • @bobblack2223
Those slots in the bottom of your tank, we call them fork pockets.
  • @mikewatson4644
For the stuck PTO shaft, I pull the 2 halves apart every time when I get done. When I get ready to use the implement again, I just put some grease on it. If the 2 halves are separated, they can't get stuck together. Thanks for the video
  • @jamesharrod8733
you can plant sunflower in the cucumber hill - the sunflowers are the supports for cucumber
  • @user-rt8ik1ow4i
Get a big tank so you don't have spend money on traveling to get fuel, they deliver 😂
  • @daleboulton1169
Nathan, I’d wait until you have your equipment shed. Then get the biggest fuel tank you can justify, refuel it yourself with your transfer tank, that way, you can still use the refuelling service, but not necessarily rely on them. Love the videos, thanks for posting, you’re definitely one of the channels I keep on high rotation.

When planting your tomatoes, keep i mind the kind that your wife loves to can and make sure that you have a large abundance of that variety and then go for the eating ones that you like. Simple as that. Heirloom's have some real fun varieties!!!
  • As long as you keep the Premiere 1 fencing loose and floppy, your chickens will not challenge it at all
  • @bobwollard9105
Looks like the Elliot family is going to eat really well this summer.
  • @tasunko7672
On my PTO shafts I always bevel the edges and use a thin layer of anti seize on the shafts. I remove the shafts every winter and clean them.
