    You almost got to the subject of gratitude. I wish you had. Practicing gratitude on a daily basis has saved my life.. practice gratitude you can't be angry or fearful .you are in the present moment while you're practicing gratitude. Great way to start your day. Especially if you suffer from depression. Thanks again for a nice video
