Sade sati was a blessing for me. I suffered a lot, but in the end I went out mature and healed. I have the moon in anuradha and saturn & ketu in 12th house - I meditate a lot and found peace within me. As you said, we have a lot inside - I found love, happyness, peace within me and I`m so grateful for that - thanks to Saturn. I can honestly say if it weren't for Saturn's influence and my life would be nothing. I am far from rich and far from poor because of Saturn. Saturn brought me here to where my bones ache but my heart is full. It's my atmakaraka planet in 2nd it teaches me to enjoy detachment and how to not sweat the small stuff.

I am Anuradha Nakshatra which is Saturn and I am also going through Saturn maha dasha and have just completed sadh satti journey. I know how tough it is initially for long time but, indeed, best rewarding in long-run.

Im listening. Shani, my love of life, is in my lagna. There is nothing to fear, of course, unless by one who conscience is cluttered by harmful actions toward self and or others one suffers. Then, Shani become that which will bring us not only peace but peace of MIND.
