Nyma changed everything for us S. Sudanese girls. forever grateful for you sharing your story and your courage, so glad shes getting her flowers ♥
  • Nyma! So proud to say I am an original subscriber, way back in 2016. My daughter was being bullied at school for her dark skin. I saw her beauty and smooth black skin and needed her to see other girls like her. We watched Nyma together, got helpful hints and great product recommendations. I am so glad that Fenty, Mac and True Match went outside the box and included us. I can’t wait for Nyma to launch her beauty collection!

South Sudanese women are some of the strongest women on Earth. Enduring adversity is how South Sudanese live life and I am proud to call myself a South Sudanese.

Friends are those rare people who ask how we are and then wait to hear the answer.

Hats off to this woman for changing the world, inspires others. She followed her dreams. She even became a mother to her sisters!!! I am subbing her

Thank you Nyma for the inspiration and your contribution to making dark skinned women included in the beauty space ❤
  • I wouldn’t be the makeup junkie I am now if I hadn’t stumbled on Nyma. Thank you for helping me learn to love my dark skin 🤍

I cannot believe your skin color was considered foreign, like that just straight up blew my mind. Not only is your skin tone stunning, but omg you have some gorgeous skin! I'm on the complete other end of the spectrum skin tone! I am legit ALWAYS the LiGHTEST Foundation shade.. Except for in Fenty - because that shade was made specifically for people with albinism.. That's the first foundation I've ever had be to light! Love all you stand for 😍

Nyma is an insanely huge inspiration for so so many creators and viewers. I remember discovering her a few years ago and I am so forever glad that she is where she is now. She deserves so much.

Can’t think of anyone more deserving than this!! Love you Nyma ❤❤

I love the statistic at the end, although if you lived it you don't need confirmation, that she was speaking facts about her involvement, not just puffing herself up. I'm glad she can say she loves herself, and I hope you're truly proud of yourself Nyma. So many of us are. Thank you!💐🥳❤️

She speaks and we can’t stop looking because of her melanin beauty. It has taken far too long and we are still not yet there as the industry continues to struggle to give us a little while continuing to insure more is still for them and not us.😒

I missed the birth of Nyma's channel, but I felt it's impact. Thank you for standing up for girls with darker skin tones. It feels good to be thought of by industries that think of everyone else, and even better to know that my sisters don't have to face a beauty industry that looks them up and down and looks away or says, "I have nothing for you." As a big sister, it was amazing to have my little sisters put me on when I'd given up on the beauty industry that so fascinated me as a child.
  • The amount of adds you’re pushing on this platform is ruining it completely.

Aww this was beautiful. Whoever made this short documentary did an IMMACULATE job 👏🏾 And Nyma is so deserving 💗
