The innocence in their eyes, the peace in their hearts, the love for their people. They truly are the pure souls of the Himalayas.💕

Buddhism is such a pure vibe. It has helped me calm down and lessened my anxiety. If any of you are feeling overwhelmed, give Buddhist meditation a try and simplify your life.

These nuns are braver than I will ever be. Great story. Great endurance. Great discipline. A simple life.

I grew up around nuns, my auntie being one. There is always this one buffoon nun who was the naughtiest, the one who laughed the loudest, and played the most pranks. She was always the one who knew most about life, and the most comforting shoulder to cry on.

This is a gem on YouTube. Such pure, honest and unadulterated work. Watching it was a transformative experience in itself.

Eleven female buddhas encountering and embracing India with their child-like open hearts! Just knowing that somewhere in Zanskar, there is a village with these people fills me with great warmth.

What a fascinating and deeply engrossing documentary! India is such a vast and beautiful country. Thank you Caroline Riegel, for taking these nuns on a journey to see and experience India, and for posting this video. I enjoyed watching it. I also felt deeply touched at several places. These nuns are so inquisitive and righteous, too, one of whom argues with a man on the bank of the Ganges why he does not stop people from defecating and urinating at such a holy place, in the open. These nuns respect nature. It is time Indians learned how to respect nature too, and keep their rivers and fields clean. Thank you Caroline Riegel. You have done great service to these nuns. They would never have seen all these places, and even drink tea at the Taj Mahal Hotel in Mumbai without your help. Even I would think twice before stepping into that expensive hotel, much less drink tea there. Yesh Prabhu, Bushkill, Pennsylvania
