@32:00 You're missing the largest failure by the third party & major banks. The UNAUTHORIZED transaction fraud, that goes unresolved & often unanswered. I've personally experienced such fraud myself. The process to even attempt a reimbursement is so ridiculous & at the end of it. I was denied (even after following every ridiculous step they demanded).
