I was driving along the other day and “I am guided, I am protected , I am loved” popped into my mind… I continued repeating the mantra and about 5 minutes later I had to swerve and do an emergency stop to avoid being part of a nasty accident… I am guided, I am protected, I loved. ❤

Oh dear and beloved Pam, thank you so much for sharing with us your sweet and generous heart. We love you!   We just felt an enormous and very old weight was lifted from us, a lot of clarity and truth surfaced around us from family secrets that was shocking and very liberating. We are unexpectedly feeling so happy and free. Yes, we also feel a lot of focus energy! Peace to ALL and Love to ALL.

Tornado hit our town for first time ever! Entire neighborhood in shambles. Nobody lost their life but very emotional for all! Going through lots of house repairs. Big wake up call for me in not being prepared for power outage etc.. also made me aware as an empath how the collective around me feeling despair really affected me. It has made me really concentrate on grounding and the things I can do to stay positive and in the heart! ❤️

Inelia Benz used to talk about catching negative thoughts and putting a big cross through them 🙂 I thought this was brilliant and do this almost automatically now.
